We started shecollective.world with a simple goal in mind: to create a platform that makes it easy for people to connect with others who share their interests and passions. Our journey has been a long and winding one, but we're proud of what we've accomplished so far.

We believe financial security is not a luxury - its a responsibility. Not just to ourselves, but to our families, our futures, and the women coming after us.
For too long, women have been told stop shopping, you spend too much, budget better, save harder, wait for your salary to grow so that you can invest, marry someone rich. Hope for the best. But hope does not close the gender pay gap.
closing hte gender pay gap will never be solved by income alone. Its solved by assets that produce income. By women who understand how to buy well, add value and hold with confidence.
This is not about chasing trends or quick wins. This about learning how to see opportunity, manage risk and build wealth that lasts.

Deborah is an accomplished interior designer and renovation specialist with over three decades of experience shaping residential, commercial, and public spaces. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of how environments influence the way people feel, think, and live—bringing together aesthetics, function, and behavioural insight to create spaces that truly work for those who inhabit them.
Having partnered in the founding of Fantastic Furniture, guiding it from concept to a multimillion-dollar organisation, Deborah brings a rare blend of creative vision and commercial acumen to every project. This background has shaped her people-first philosophy: she believes successful spaces, like successful businesses, are built by prioritising human experience over numbers alone.
Deborah’s approach to renovation and interior design is both intuitive and research-driven. Drawing on her expertise in behavioural design, she crafts environments that enhance wellbeing, productivity, and connection—whether transforming a private home, revitalising a workplace, or reimagining public spaces. Her designs are not only visually compelling but emotionally intelligent, supporting how people move, interact, and feel within a space.

Mary Barker
Mary is an award winning financial planner with twenty plus year experience in financial services. She believes that every transaction has an emotion - that we buy and sell based on our core values. She drives women to take accountability and ownership of their wealth building. Wealth starts with income. If you have an income, you have capacity to build wealth.
Mary has bought, renovated and solder twenty homes. She is a renovating veteran. She will tell you, "I've done all the dumb things". How much better is it to learn from someone else's mistakes and the wisdom that experience brings to the table.
Mary is a published author and wealth designer. He heart is to help women build wealth for their families and for their future.
